Would you like your child to have an activity where they make real life friends and stay active while learning age appropriate self-defence skills?
Training in martial arts helps children build confidence, develop discipline, and can play a huge role in in mental and social development!
Our current age group is 7-13
There is one class per week and it is a monthly membership of only £35. The Juniors will be taught by experienced instructors that are registered with the The Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme that is managed by Disclosure Scotland. Parents are very welcome to observe the classes and ask any question that they may have. The techniques and concepts taught will be age appropriate while still looking at real world scenarios and their possible solutions that result in getting to safety.
This is a fantastic opportunity for your child to learn real life skills about identifying, avoiding, and diffusing dangerous situations as well as defending themselves if absolutely necessary. Of course there will be a load of fun games that teach self-defence concepts while making sure your child has a great time with their new pals!
